Terms of Service

By placing an order with AstroGeoSky you agree to the following terms.

The service

AstroGeoSky provides personally written natal chart guidance reports and transit guidance reports prepared by George J. Korzensky III of AGS Ventures LLC. Each report is a bespoke written document created specifically for the individual client based on their natal chart data.

Placing an order

By completing the order form and submitting payment you confirm that the birth information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are purchasing the report for personal use or as a gift for a named individual whose birth information you have provided, and that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

Delivery

Reports are delivered by email to the address provided at the time of ordering within three to five business days of order placement. Rush delivery within 48 hours is available for an additional $25 and is subject to availability. AstroGeoSky is not responsible for reports that are undeliverable due to an incorrect email address provided at the time of ordering.

Refund policy

If you believe your report contains a factual error in chart calculation, or if you discover after delivery that the birth information provided was inaccurate, please contact george@astrogeosky.com within 14 days and George will review and correct the report accordingly. AstroGeoSky reports are honest interpretations of your chart, not claims of objective fact about your character - as with any meaningful self-reflection, what you read may surprise you, challenge you, or take time to fully resonate. This is the nature of the work, not a flaw to be corrected.

Birth information accuracy

The accuracy of your report depends directly on the accuracy of the birth date, time, and location you provide. Birth time in particular has a significant effect on your Rising Sign and house placements, and even a difference of thirty minutes can meaningfully alter these results. If you order a report without a confirmed, accurate birth time, sections of your report dependent on that information - including your Rising Sign and house placements - may not accurately reflect your chart. By submitting an order without a confirmed birth time, you acknowledge and accept this limitation. Reduced accuracy resulting from incomplete or estimated birth information does not constitute factual error eligible for the revision described above.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if cancellation is requested before work on the report has begun. To request a cancellation please contact george@astrogeosky.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Intellectual property

All reports produced by AstroGeoSky are the intellectual property of AGS Ventures LLC and George J. Korzensky III. Your report is licensed for your personal use only. It may not be reproduced, resold, published, or distributed in any form without the written permission of AstroGeoSky.

Limitation of liability

AstroGeoSky, AGS Ventures LLC, and George J. Korzensky III shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance upon any report or communication produced by AstroGeoSky. Our total liability in any matter related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the report in question.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States of America. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Hawaii.
