What exactly is a natal chart report?

Your natal chart is a map of the sky at the exact moment you were born - the position of every planet, every significant angle, and every relationship between celestial bodies at that precise instant. A natal chart report is a personal interpretation of that map, written in plain language, organized around the questions that matter most in any human life. At AstroGeoSky every report reflects thirty years of experience reading people, applied honestly to your specific chart. It’s not a generic Sun-sign summary. It’s a specific portrait, built for the person actually reading it.

How is an AstroGeoSky report different from a free online horoscope or a computer-generated chart reading?

In almost every way that matters. Free online horoscopes are written for Sun signs - broad categories that apply to roughly one twelfth of the population. Computer-generated reports assemble pre-written paragraphs based on planetary positions without any human judgment about what is most significant, what connects, or what the overall picture means for this specific person. An AstroGeoSky report comes from someone who spent thirty years professionally reading people - in finance, real estate, and the hospitality industry - before ever turning that same judgment toward a birth chart. That experience is what decides what’s actually meaningful in your chart, and what deserves real attention versus what’s just noise. No two reports are alike because no two people are alike.

Do I have to believe in astrology for this to be useful?

No. Many of our most satisfied clients arrived skeptical. What we ask is not belief but willingness - specifically, a willingness to read the report honestly and notice what resonates. In our experience the people who arrive most skeptical are frequently the ones who find the report most accurate, because they are reading it without the filter of wanting it to confirm what they already think. All we ask is that you be open to being surprised.

Is the report a prediction of my future?

No. AstroGeoSky reports do not predict events or tell you what will happen. More importantly, what they do is describe who you are - your strengths, your patterns, your purpose, your growing edges -and offer guidance on how to navigate your current season of life. The stars incline, they do not compel. Your choices remain entirely your own.

What is the difference between the Natal Chart Report and the Transit Report?

Your natal Chart is timeless. It describes who you are at the level of your permanent character - the gifts, drives, wounds, and purpose that have been present since the moment you were born. It does not expire and you will find new meaning in it at different stages of your life.

Your 3-Month Transit Report is urgent and time-sensitive. It looks at where the planets are moving right now in relation to your natal chart and translates that into practical guidance for the next 90 days - where your energy is best invested, what opportunities are opening, what calls for patience, and what you month-by-month action plan looks like. A new Transit Report can be ordered at any time once your natal chart is on file.

Can I order a Transit Report without first ordering a Natal Chart Report?

No. The Transit Report requires your natal chart as its foundation - without knowing who you are at the permanent level, a 90-day guidance report has nothing meaningful to measure against. The Natal Chart Report must be purchased first, either separately or as part of the bundle. Once it is on file you may order Transit Reports at any future time.

Ordering and Payment

What information do I need to provide?

Everything is collected in one place at the time of ordering - there are no follow-up forms to complete after purchase. On the order page you will find clearly labeled fields for your full name, your date of birth, your time of birth as accurately as possible, your city and country of birth, and a notes field for anything you would like George to know - including any uncertainty about your birth time. Payment and birth information are submitted together in a single step so you can place your order completely and confidently in one session.

Tip: Before ordering it is worth having your birth information handy. Your birth certificate is the most reliable source for your exact birth time. When entering your birth year on the date picker, please use the up/down arrows rather than typing it directly, to make sure it saves correctly. If you do not have your exact birth time do not worry - simply provide your best estimate and note the uncertainty in the notes field. George will do his best to work with what you have.

Why is my birth time important?

Your birth time determines your Rising Sign - the sign that was on the Eastern horizon at the moment you were born - and your house placements, which describe which areas of life each planet influences most strongly. It also affects the precise degree of your Moon. These are significant and meaningful parts your report. The more accurate your birth time the more precise these interpretations will be.

What if I do not know my exact birth time?

This is more common than you might think and it is not a dealbreaker. A great deal of meaningful interpretation can be drawn from your date and place of birth alone - your Sun sign, the majority of your planetary positions, and most aspects between planets remain accurate regardless of birth time. If you do not know your exact birth time please provide your best estimate and note the uncertainty on your order form. George will prepare your report with full transparancy about which interpretations are birth-time dependent and which are not. Many clients without a known birth time find their reports every bit as illuminating as those with one. If you wish to find your exact birth time your birth certificate is the most reliable source - many hospitals recorded it. Some states also allow adults to request birth records that include time of birth.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. International cards are welcome. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Can I order from outside the United States?

Absolutely. AstroGeoSky welcomes clients from anywhere in the world. Reports are delivered by email so there are no shipping considerations. International credit and debit cards are accepted through Stripe, which handles currency conversion automatically on your end.

Can I order a report as a gift for someone else?

Yes. When ordering as a gift please provide the recipient’s birth information - name, date, time, and place of birth - on the order form, along with your own email address for order confirmation and delivery. The completed report will be sent to you to present to the recipient in whatever way feels right. Please note that the accuracy of the report depends entirely on the accuracy of the birth information provided, so it is worth confirming these details with the recipient or their family before ordering.

How will AstroGeoSky appear on my credit card statement?

Your payment will appear on your credit card or bank statement as ASTROGEOSKY. If you have any questions about a charge please contact us at george@astrogeosky.com before contacting your bank - we are happy to provide order confirmation details.

Delivery

When will I receive my report?

Your completed report will be delivered to your email within three to five business days of placing your order. If you require priority delivery within 48 hours please select the rush delivery option at checkout for an additional $25. Rush delivery is subject to availability.

How will my report be delivered?

Your report arrives as a professionally formatted document attached to an email from george@astrogeosky.com. It is designed to be read on screen, saved to your device, and printed if you wish. Many clients print their report and return to it over months and years - a good natal chart grows with you as you do.

What if I have questions about my report after receiving it?

George reads every reply. If something in your report is unclear or you would like to understand a particular interpretation more fully, simply reply to the delivery email and he will respond personally. AstroGeoSky is a human business - there is a real person on the end of every message.

Refunds and Satisfaction

What is your refund policy?

Because every AstroGeoSky report is written personally and exclusively for you, we are unable to offer refunds on completed reports. A bespoke written document represents time and expertise that cannot be returned once invested - in the same way that a commissioned portrait or a custom-built piece of furniture cannot be returned after completion.

If you believe your report contains a factual error in chart calculation, or if you discover after delivery that the birth information provided was inaccurate, please contact us at george@astrogeosky.comwithin 14 days and George will review and correct the report accordingly. AstroGeoSky reports are honest interpretations of your chart, not claims of objective fact about your character - as with any meaningful self-reflection, what you read may surprise you, challenge you, or take time to fully resonate. This is the nature of the work, not a flaw to be corrected.

Privacy and Confidentiality

What happens to my personal information?

Your birth information - name, date, time, and place of birth - is used solely for the purpose of preparing your personal report. It is stored securely and never shared with, sold to, or accessed by any third party for any purpose. All reports are strictly confidential. For full details please read our Privacy Policy.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-compliant and one of the most trusted payment platforms in the world. AstroGeoSky never sees, stores, or has access to your full card number at any point in the transaction,
