What information we collect

When you place an order with AstroGeoSky we collect your name and email address for order processing and report delivery, your birth information - date, time, and place of birth - for the purpose of preparing your natal chart and personal report, and payment information which is processed entirely by Stripe and never stored by AstroGeoSky.

We do not collect any other personal information. We do not use cookies for tracking purposes beyond what Squarespace requires to operate the website. We do not collect information from social media platforms.

How we use your information

Your name and email address are used to process your order, deliver your completed report, and communicate with you about your order if necessary. Your birth information is used solely to prepare your personal report. Your email address may be used to send you occasional information about new AstroGeoSky services or seasonal transit report offerings - you may opt out of these communications at any time by replying with the word unsubscribe.

How we store your information

Your order information is stored securely within our Squarespace business account, which is protected by industry-standard encryption. Your birth data and client records are maintained in a password-protected, privately accessible file used only by George J Korzensky III for the purpose of preparing and referencing your reports. Two-factor authentication is enabled on all accounts that store client information.

Chart files generated using Time Passages or Astrograph astrological software are saved locally on a password-protected computer and are used solely for the preparation of your report. These files are not stored in the cloud, are not shared with any third party, and are deleted upon request.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell, share, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. The only third parties who process any part of your data is Stripe for payment processing, and Squarespace for website hosting - all of whom maintain their own privacy and security standards.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you at any time. You may request that we delete your personal information from our records at any time, with the understanding that we cannot retrieve or re-deliver your report if your information has been deleted. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy we will update this page with the new version and the date it took effect. Continued use of AstroGeoSky after any such change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
